What is a Wellness Coach, and why do you need one?

In today’s world there is so much noise around health and fitness, nutrition and supplements, that it is hard for one person to have enough time to research the information to make sound decisions and changes.

As a health and wellness coach I work with you and your issues, or diagnosis to get you on a path that will support you.

Together we will look at how to navigate your health care, how nutrition fits into this and what will work for you and your lifestyle.  We’ll also discover what type of fitness/exercise is best for you. How stressors in your life can be handled, and give you tools to deescalate when things get chaotic.

My focus isn’t to create a plan that feels restrictive or overload you with “to do’s”.  I want to help you manage the real world while doing what you love, but there will be things that you may need to let go of to help you reach a full state of health and happiness.

During our monthly long program, I will give you tools that you can build on.  Creating a lifestyle that will support your journey to optimum health and wellbeing for the rest of your life.

This adventure can be daunting when you try to do it alone.  So, as your health advocate I am by your side all the way.

I have spent over 30 years in healthcare, wellness, fitness and now as a spiritual and meditation coach.  All these things overlap into helping my clients reach that level of wellbeing that they cannot achieve alone.  We work together to reach your goals and help you live the best life you are dedicated to live.

The month-long program is custom to each of my clients, this isn’t a cookie cutter approach to wellness.  Some of the topics we will dive into are:

  • Exercise structures and establishing what will work for you and your lifestyle.

  • Tools for building healthy sleep habits.
